One of three things is true, and we cannot tell which from here:
- The tournament was created and its link was never recorded on this phone.
- The link came back but has since expired unopened.
- The create never landed and there is nothing on the server at all.
Finishing is safe either way — it picks up the same attempt rather than making a second tournament.
