SmashDay · UX redesign prototype
Clubhouse & Floodlight
A complete, clickable redesign of every screen — pure HTML, realistic data, no backend. The app lives on daylight paper; it goes dark and floodlit only where something is live: courtside scoring and the public live scoreboard.
How to drive it: the UX ▸ button (bottom-right of every page) switches the role you are viewing as, the sync state, and each screen's states. Navigation, refusals, and the shell all follow the role — try opening Money as a Player.
